Each person participating has their own view on and message about what is meaningful and important for them in older age
နှစ်ယောက်ချစ်ခင်စွာနေဖို့ပါ.. တံတားဖွင့်လို့ပျော်ရတယ်.. သားမြေးအချစ်ဆုံးတွေနဲ့လည်း တွေ့ကြရတယ်လေ။ ဒီမြေးလေးတွေရဲ့ပုံရိပ်လေးတွေကို အမြဲတမ်းတွေ့မြင်နေရလို့ပါရှင့်။ ဒီပုံမှာ ဘာမြင်လဲဆိုရင် သူလေးတွေရဲ့ ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာကို မြင်ရပါတယ်။
We have to live with love for each other. I’m happy because the bridge has reopened. I met my lovely sons and grandchildren. I always see their pictures in my eyes. What I see in this photo is the love of the children.
ဒီခွေးကလေးက လူစကားနားလည်တယ်.. လူတွေက စဥ်းစားဆင်ခြင်မှုမရှိ ရက်စက်သွားတယ်.. ဒီခွေးလေးကို သနားခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကရုဏာစိတ်နဲ့ အမှတ်တရအဖြစ် ပုံရိုက်ထားတယ်.. ဒီဘဝမှာခွေးဖြစ်ပြီး နောင်ဘဝမှာ လူပြန်ဖြစ်ပါစေ.. ယာဥ်မောင်းသူက မဆင်ခြင်လို့ ခွေးလေးကိုယူပြီး သွားမြုပ်လိုက်တယ်။
This dog can understand human language. But the human was so cruel without reasoning. I’ve taken that dog’s photo with compassion and as a memory. I hope he will become human in the afterlife because he was a dog in this life. I buried the dog because the driver was not cautious.
လမ်းဆက်သွယ်ရေးဆိုတာက အများပြည်သူအတွက် အရာအားလုံးအဆင်ပြေနိုင်တဲ့အရာတစ်ခု၊ ဓါတ်ပုံပြပွဲမှာ အဆင်ပြေမယ့် နေရာလေးတစ်ခုဖြစ်စေချင်ပါတယ်.. အားလုံးသောပျော်ရွှင်မှုနဲ့ ပြည့်စုံမယ့်နေရာ။
Transportation makes it convenient for everyone. I want the photo exhibition to be at a place where it will be convenient for everyone. A place where it will make everyone happy.

ညနေဆည်းဆာအလှလိုဘဲ လူ့ဘဝက အတက်ရှိသလို အကျလည်းရှိပါတယ်။
Life is up and down like the beauty of a sunset.
ဝမ်းစာအတွက် အလုပ်လုပ်နေတယ်.. ပင်ပန်းတယ်.. ဖိနပ်ခေါက်နေတယ်.. အနက်ရောင်ခေါက်နေတယ်.. ဘဝတူပဲ.. အသက် (၆၀) အထိအလုပ်လုပ်ရတယ်.. မြန်မာလူမျိုးများအတွက်။
I am working for my life. It is so tiring. Folding black shoes. It’s the same life as mine. You can work until you turn 60 when you come from Myanmar.
သားသမီးတွေနဲ့ဝေး အိမ်မှာတစ်ယောက်တည်း သားသမီးတွေပြန်လာတာမျှော်ရင် အဝက… အထီးကျန်ခံစားရပါတယ်။ ကိုယ့်ဘဝနဲ့တူလို့ရွေးပါတယ်.. သားသမီးကိုမျှော်နေတယ်.. ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အားပေးမှုလိုအပ်တယ်.. အဖော်ပြုပေးရပါတယ်။
She is alone and lives far away from her children. She feels lonely while she is waiting for her children at the front door. I chose it because it is the same as my life. I have expectations for my children, and I need support from neighbours because we can provide companionship to each other.

သောက်ရေသန့်ဘူးသယ်အော်သံ၊ ကျွန်မမျက်နှာမှာ လိမ်းထားတဲ့ သနပ်ခါး… ရေသန့်ရဲ့ အေးမြတဲ့အရသာ.. သောက်ရေသန့်ဘူးသယ်.. သောက်ရေသန့်ရဲ့ အေးမြသန့်ရှင်းတဲ့ ရေကို ကိုင်တွယ်ပြီးချက်ပြုတ်.. သောက်ရေသန့်ကို ဝယ်ယူသောက်သုံးခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်း။
The sound of merchants yelling to sell purified drinking water, Thanaka on my face, the cool purified water, purified drinking water seller, cooking with purified drinking water, buying purified drinking water is good for health.

ငှက်နှစ်ကောင်သည် ရေတိုင်ကီမှာ အမြဲလာနားနေတယ်.. အမြဲမခွဲပဲ အတူတူသွားနေတာတွေ့တယ်.. ဦးလေးနဲ့ အဒေါ်ဘဝကလည်း ငှက်ကလေးလိုပါပဲ.. ငှက်ကလေးလိုပဲ.. လူဘဝနဲ့ တသက်လုံးအတူလက်တွဲနေရမယ်.. လူ့ဘဝဆိုတာ တစ်ယောက်တည်းနေလို့ မရဘူး.. အိမ်ထောင်ပြုပြီး သားသမီးရတော့ မိဘကိုပြန်ပြီးကြည့်ရတယ်။
The two birds are always standing on the water tank. They always stay together without separation. My wife and I are like these birds, we’ll hold our hands as human beings. Humans can’t stand being alone. You have to get married and have children and also, look after your parents.

အဖိုးက သဘောကောင်းတယ်.. အသက်အကြီးဆုံး ဘုရား၊ တရား စိတ်ထက်သန်တဲ့အမျိုး.. မွန်းလွဲ (၂) နာရီ အလှူအတွက် မုန့်ထုပ်တယ်..အဖိုးရဲ့အိမ်မှာ အသက်ကြီးလည်း စိတ်ထက်သန်နေတယ်.. ဒါနဲ့ ပက်သက်ကူညီကြတယ်။
This old man is nice. He is the eldest among us and he is also religious. He usually packs the snacks for charity events. He is passionate about charity although he is old. So, he helps us for the charity event.

ဆိုင်ကယ်က သွားလာလွယ်ကူတယ်.. ပိုင်ရှင်က ခါးနာတယ်.. သမီးအိမ်ရှေ့က အဝတ်လှန်းနေတယ်.. သမီးရဲ့အိမ်ကို နေ့တိုင်းသွားတယ်.. ဓါတ်ပုံရိုက်ရတဲ့အတွက် ပျော်တယ်.. သမီးအဝေးမှာနေရင် သတိရတယ်။
My motorbike makes it easy to go out. Its owner has got a backache. My daughter is hanging up the laundry. I go to my daughter’s house every day. I was so happy that I took photos. I’d miss my daughter if she lived far away.

သားအတွက်ရုန်းကန်နေရတယ်.. တံတားပြန်ဖွင့်ရင် ပြန်မယ်.. ကျောင်းပြီးမှပြန်မယ်.. ပြန်လို့မလွယ်ဘူး.. အဆင်ပြေရင်နေချင်တယ်.. မပြေရင်ပြန်ချင်တယ်။
I’ve been struggling to support my son. When the bridge reopens, I’ll return. And I’ll return after my grandson finishes school. It is not easy to return. I’d like to stay here if everything is fine. If not, I’d like to return.
အသက်ကြီးရင် သားသမီး မလေးစားဘူး.. သားသမီး မကြည်ဖြူလည်း နေရတယ်.. သားသမီးကိုသည်းခံရတယ်။
Children won’t respect their parents. Even though they don’t pay respect to us, we have to stay. We have to be patient with the children.
